STRUCTURE
Designed to optimize the thermal insulation and mechanical characteristics of both hardiness and air pressure resistance. The structure is a semi-bearing type made of extruded aluminium profiles connected with the three-way joints made of Nylon and Fibre glass. There are two different types of frames, Structure 1 from the model 018 to 307, and the Structure 2 from the model 378 to 967.
The panels are fixed on the aluminium profiles with the self stained screws, mounted on the thickness increased areas of the profile. This solution enables a strong clamping and improves the robustness and pressure resistance.
A PVC profile at the edges of the panels separates the internal parts from the external parts in order to avoid the heat transfer. It is also used for the housing of the seals. The doors come with double sealing for a perfect to guaranty the air pressure resistance.
